10-Year Rye Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MI-121

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP in November 2015 and was primarily aged in Indiana.The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island, and was then bottled in May 2026 at approximately 10.5 years.

Mash Bill:95% RYE, 5% MALTED BARLEY

69.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of chocolate mint and molasses. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of raw honey and candied orange peel appear before revealing spicy notes of baked apple and coffee cake. The finish is long and complex with hints of maple syrup, espresso and pipe tobacco.
