8-Year High-Rye Bourbon Finished in Calvados Single Barrel Selection: DC-1064

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2016 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ where it was transferred into a Calvados cask for approximately one year, before being bottled at just shy of 9 years in September 2025.

Mash Bill:60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

57.5% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays aromas of baked apple and caramel. Once sipped, the flavors of butterscotch and chocolate syrup appear before giving way to spicier notes of chai tea and coffee cake. The finish is long and layered with hints molasses, apple and cola.
