7-Year Armagnac Finished Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: DC-1080

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2017 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ for finishing in an Armagnac barrel for one year. The whiskey was bottled in August 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY 60.7% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays sweeter notes of confectioners sugar and raisins. Once sipped, brighter flavors of orange zest and rock candy, giving way to fruitier notes of fresh cherries and plums. The finish is long with hints or marzipan, vanilla bean and pipe tobacco.
