7-Year Wheated Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MI-1657

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP in April 2019, and was primarily aged in Indiana. The barrel was brought to Copper & Cask to finish maturation, and was bottled in May 2026 at 7 years.

Mash Bill: 51% CORN, 45% WHEAT, 4% MALTED BARLEY

57.6% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of fresh lime zest and gummy bears. Once sipped, flavors of cherry juice and demerera sugar come to the fore, then revealing more citrus in the mid-palate with notes of Key Lime pie and grapefruit candies. The finish is medium with hints of lemon tea, clover honey and vanilla glaze.
