We launched Copper & Cask in 2021 with a simple mission: to put out excellent barrel proof whiskey that’s always rare and never ordinary.

An independent Blender and Bottler
Copper & Cask is an award-winning non-distilling producer (NDP) based in Rhode Island. We are constantly sourcing barrels and using unique aging sites around the country to grow a barrel library of diverse mash bills, ages and whiskeys. Under the leadership of our Barrel Master, Stephen Corrigan, we have built an extensive cask-finishing and blending program that has continually received the highest praise.
Our Whiskey
Single Barrel & Small Batch
Our focus is on single barrel and small batch whiskey. We aren't in the business of the ordinary.
Most of our whiskey is distilled at MGP Indiana, but we also source whiskey distilled in Kentucky, Canada and beyond. Our single barrel program is representative of all of our barrel stocks, including cask finished selections. Our small batch program consists primarily of 2-50 barrel blends, including both private batches and our own Small Batch Series and special releases.

We source barrels from world class distilleries, and age our whiskey across numerous locations to develop distinctive character.

Every barrel is carefully evaluated before being cask-finished, blended or offered as a single barrel.
Bottle
Each release is bottled in Rhode Island at Copper & Cask HQ at cask strength, non-chill filtered.
