OUR CRAFT

Always Rare, Always Limited

We launched Copper & Cask in 2021 with a vision of building an expansive aged whiskey barrel library, and making these barrels available as single barrel selections.

We expanded this vision in 2022 when we brought on our Barrel Master, Stephen Corrigan. With Stephen's leadership and knowledge, Copper & Cask has built out an award-wining cask finishing, small batching and blending program.

Today, we remain dedicated to cask strength, limited releases. We do not have a flagship product. We focus on the rare and unique: single barrels, micro batches and small batch whiskeys.

OUR WHISKEY

Indiana, Kentucky & Beyond

As an independent bottler, we source aged whiskeys from a variety of distilleries and places.

A majority of our whiskey stocks are distilled in Indiana, but are aged in a variety of locations such as Kentucky, Texas and Florida to develop unique flavor profiles through differing aging environments.

We also work with whiskeys from Kentucky, Canada and beyond.

Stephen Corrigan

Our Barrel Master

Stephen came to Copper & Cask with over 15 years of hands-on experience in whiskey distillation, aging, and blending. He started his career in agriculture and wine, but the first time Stephen ran a still deep in the woods of Maine in the spring of 2009, he knew he had found his calling. Stephen went on to help launch a craft distillery in Washington DC in 2014, earning numerous accolades for his cask-finishing and blending program, including two Best in Class medals from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. He started as Copper & Cask's Barrel Master in 2022, setting out to hone his blending skills with the launch of the Small Batch Series and develop a truly world class cask-finishing program.
