21-Year Cigar Blend Whiskey Private Batch: WS-11

This 21-year blended Canadian whiskey was originally distilled and matured in Alberta, Canada. The blend was composed of 12 barrels, aged for over 20 years in original wood, then transferred into Armagnac and Tawny Port finishing casks. The whiskey was finished for approximately 6 months, before being blended and bottled at a whopping 157.4 proof.

Mash Bill: 97% Corn, 2.5% Rye and 0.5% Barley

78.7% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with notes of fresh grapefruit peel and raw honey. Once sipped, the flavors of vanilla cola and butterscotch are apparent before giving way to notes of roasted cherries and honeycomb. The finish is long with hints of dried currants, blueberry jam and brown sugar.
