6-Year Wheated Bourbon Private Batch: WS-09

This private batch is comprised of 18 barrels of Wheated Bourbon, distilled at MGP Indiana in April 2019. After 5+ years of aging in Indiana, the barrels were brought up to Copper & Cask HQ for additional aging. Each barrel was hand-selected by Barrel Master Stephen Corrigan. The barrels were blended, and then bottled at cask strength in August 2025 at approximately 6 years, 4 months of age.

Mash Bill: 51% CORN, 45% WHEAT, 4% MALTED BARLEY 56.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays aromas of brioche and vanilla buttercream. Once sipped, sweeter notes of whipped cream and cheesecake come to the fore giving way to fruitier notes of roasted cherry and flamed orange peel. The finish is long with hints of rock candy, clover honey and maraschino cherry.
