WS-07 - Double Mash Whiskey

Batch WS-07 is a marriage of 10 casks of whiskey (6 casks of low-rye Bourbon and 4 casks of rye whiskey) hand-selected to create a unique and balanced flavor profile.  These casks were dumped and allowed to marry for an extended period to ensure thorough flavor integration.

57.4% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is abundant with the spicy aromas of chai tea and cinnamon candies.  Once sipped, sweeter flavors of candy orange slices and circus peanuts come to the fore, giving way to more robust notes of cola and molasses.  The finish is long with hints of toasted almond, dark roast coffee and wintergreen.
