11-Year High-Rye Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel: MI-1639

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in September 2014.The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island, where it finished aging and was bottled in June, 2026 at just shy of 12 years.

Mash Bill: 60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Malted Barley

56.4% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of candied grapefruit peel and strawberry candies. Once sipped, fruit flavors of flamed orange peel and maraschino cherry continue before revealing richer notes of dark maple syrup and chocolate sauce. The finsh is long with hints of mocha, German chocolate cake and leather.
