Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-734

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, and then spent the majority of its life maturing in Florida. The whiskey was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging before being bottled at 8 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY64.9% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of fresh orange zest and cinnamon apples. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of marshmallow fluff and rock candy appear before receding to richer notes of milk chocolate and espresso powder. The finish is long and robust with hints of chocolate ganache, creme anglaise and dried cherries.
