8-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MK-1510

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2016 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island. The whiskey was bottled in October 2025 at just shy of 9 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

58.8% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of grapefruit zest and peach jam. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of rock candy and toffee emerge, giving way to fruitier notes of cherry preserves and strawberry candies. The finish is long with hints of cinnamon candies, maple syrup and pipe tobacco.
