Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-606

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, and then spent the majority of its life maturing in Florida. The whiskey was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging before being bottled at 8 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY65% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of salted caramel and vanilla bean. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of toffee and whipped cream prevail before revealing fruitier notes of orange slices and dried cherries.  The finish is long and robust with hints of butterscotch, dried figs and leather.
