6-Year Texas-Aged Straight Bourbon Private Batch: SP-08

This 6-year small batch Bourbon is composed of 10 low rye (75/21/4) barrels that were originally distilled in August 2019 at MGP Indiana, and primarily aged in Texas. The barrels were brought up to Copper & Cask in RhodeIsland where they were hand-selected, blended and bottled in February 2026.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

60.8% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of graham crackers and butterscotch. Once sipped, flavors of raw honey and and rock candy are apparent before revealing notes of cherry cordial and dark maple syrup. The finish is long with hints brown sugar, cherry cola and marzipan.
