9-Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey Private Batch: SP-07

This Private Batch was made from 10 barrels, all distilled in Indiana, but aged in Kentucky. he final blend was batched and bottled in December 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

59% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with notes of brown sugar and creme brulee. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of maple syrup and vanilla icing appear before revealing richer notes of mocha and demerara sugar. The finish is long and layered with hints of coffee cake, chai tea and vanilla pipe tobacco.
