8-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MI-1384

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled (July 2017) and primarily matured at MGP Indiana. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ for additional aging and was bottled at 8 years in August 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY 58% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is decadent with notes of caramel and vanilla buttercream. Once sipped, the richness continues with flavors of butterscotch and vanilla pudding before revealing notes of chocolate cake and cherry pie filling. The finish is long and layered with hints of coffee, chai tea and leather.
