Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-607

This Single Barrel Selection is a 7-year Bourbon that was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, then aged in Florida for the majority of its maturation. The whiskey was bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered in August 2024.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
69.2% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey displays aromas of burnt sugar and flamed orange peel. Once sipped, toasted flavors come to the fore, including dark roast coffee and vanilla pipe tobacco, before notes of Cracker Jack and toasted walnuts. The finish is intense and earthy with notes of cocoa powder and molasses.
