8-Year Rye Whiskey Finished in Chartreuse Cask Single Barrel Selection: DC-824

his single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in February 2018 and was primarily aged in Kentucky.The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island, where it wastransferred into a Chartreuse cask for approximately 2 years of finishing. The whiskey was bottled in May 2026 at a little over 8 years.

Mash Bill: 95% RYE, 5% MALTED BARLEY

62.3% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is bold with aromas of licorice and fennel pollen. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of raw honey and maple candy come to the fore, revealing spicy notes of fruitcake and chai tea. The finish is long and layered with hints of anise, clove candies and demerara sugar.
