Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-800

This Single Barrel Selection is a 9-Year Bourbon that was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2015, and matured in Florida. This barrel was one of the last single barrels from our small reserves of Florida May 2015 barrels (some of our most sought-after yet), and it was the first bottled at 9 years. The whiskey is barrel proof and non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
63.5% ABV

Tasting Notes:
The nose of this whiskey is rich with aromas of creme brûlée and cocoa powder. Upon sipping, the flavors of maple syrup and orange zest present themselves before revealing fruitier notes of raspberry jam and blueberry cobbler. The finish is long and features hints of rock candy and leather.
