This Single Barrel Selection is a 7-Year Bourbon that was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, and matured in Florida. The whiskey is barrel proof and non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
62.4% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey presents layered aromas of milk chocolate and salted caramel. Upon sipping, sweeter notes of rock candy and crystallized honey emerge, before the flavors of butterscotch and raspberry become present. The finish is long with the tastes of cherry cola and chai tea.
