Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-772

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2015, and then matured for most of its life in Florida. The whiskey was bottled at just shy of 9.5 years. Like all Copper & Cask whiskeys, this bottling is barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
61.8% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey displays decadent aromas of milk chocolate and dark caramel. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of bruleed sugar and maple syrup are apparent before revealing notes of maraschino cherry and candied orange. The finish is long and rich with hints of toasted almond, espresso and raw honey.
