21-Year Cigar Blend Whiskey Private Batch: OL-02

This 21-year blended Canadian whiskey was originally distilled and matured in Alberta, Canada. The blend was composed of 2 barrels, aged for over 20 years in original wood, then transferred into Armagnac and Tawny Port finishing casks. The whiskey was finished for approximately 6 months, before being blended and bottled at a whopping 155.6 proof.

Mash Bill: 97% corn, 2.5% rye and 0.5% barley

77.8% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of vanilla syrup and fresh orange peel. Once sipped, rich flavors of butterscotch and clover honey come to the fore, giving way to notes of salted caramel and light maple syrup. The finish is long with hints of fresh cherries, honeycomb and brown sugar.
