6-Year Texas-Aged Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MT-1366

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in August 2019, but spent most of its maturation time in Texas. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging before being bottled at 6 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

63.4% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of toasted marshmallow and light roast coffee. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of vanilla icing and salted caramel appear before revealing notes of maraschino cherries and maple syrup. The finish is long with hints of mocha, burnt sugar and leather.
