7-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MK-1140

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2017 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ after approximately 6 years for additional aging. The whiskey was bottled in August 2025 at approximately 7 years, 9 months.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY 64.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays sweeter aromas of raw honey and candied orange peel.  Once sipper, richer flavors of toffee and mocha appear before revealing fruity notes of cherry pie filling and blueberry tart. The finish is long and robust with hints of coffee cake, chai and vanilla bean.
