9-Year High-Rye Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MK-1564

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2016 and primarily aged in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island. The whiskey was bottled in November 2025 at just over 9 years.

Mash Bill: 60% CORN, 36% WHEAT, 4% MALTED BARLEY

58.4% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with notes of salted caramel and burnt sugar.  Once sipped, sweeter flavors of maple syrup and cherry cola continue before giving way to spicier notes of coffee cake and gingerbread.  The finish is long with hints of molasses, cinnamon candies and ginger tea.
