7-Year Straight Bourbon Finished In Sherry Cask Single Barrel Selection: DC-1159

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in December 2017 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask in Rhode Island where it was transferred to a PX Sherry cask for finishing. The whiskey spend 10 months in the finishing cask and was bottled in October 2025 at just shy of 8 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

63.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays fruity aromas of raisins and dates.  Once sipped, fruit flavors continue with baked apple and cherry pie filling before turning richer with notes of butterscotch and maple syrup.  The finish is long with hints candied orange peel and mocha.
