8-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MK-1544

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in December 2016 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island. The whiskey was bottled in October 2025 at just shy of 9 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

56.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is robust with aromas of cigar tobacco and coffee. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of vanilla syrup and rock candy come to the fore, giving way to richer notes of butterscotch and maple syrup. The finish is long with hints of orange marmalade, mocha and cocoa powder.
