8-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MI-390

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017, and spent the majority of its maturation there. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island. The whiskey was bottled in October 2025 at 8 years, 9 months.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

63.4% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is decadent with aromas of toffee and creme caramel.  Once sipped, rich notes of butterscotch and maple candy appear before revealing more robust flavors of mocha and vanilla bean.  The finish is long with hints of molasses, toasted marshmallow and praline.
