This Single Barrel Selection is a 7-year High-Rye Bourbon that was distilled and barreled in Indiana in October 2016. The whiskey was aged in Kentucky for the majority of its maturation, and was bottled at cask strength in April 2024.

Mash Bill: 60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
58.3% ABV

Tasting Notes:
The nose of this whiskey is chock full of fruity confections. Once sipped, dark fruit notes of brandied cherries appear before revealing sweeter hints of raw honey and the spice of chai tea. The finish is long and turns richer with notes of German chocolate cake and black licorice present.
