Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MF-554

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, and then spent the majority of its life maturing in Florida. The whiskey was then brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging before being bottled at 8 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY63.8% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of white chocolate and butterscotch. Once sipped sweeter flavors of rock candy and vanilla syrup come to the fore, then revealing richer notes of mocha and chocolate covered cherries.  The finish is long and robust with notes of chocolate covered espresso beans, marmalade and leather.
