This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017 and bottled at Copper & Cask HQ at just over 8 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
60.2% ABV 120.4 proof

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of cocoa powder and candied orange peel. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of cake frosting and cream soda come to the fore and then give way to notes of butterscotch and light roast coffee. The finish is long, featuring hints of clover honey, orange creamsicle and candy apple.
