6-Year Double Oaked Wheated Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: DC-1441

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in April 2019, where it matured for over 5 years. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ where it was re-casked into an ex-Jack Daniels whiskey barrel that had previously been another Yankee store pick. The whiskey was bottled at approximately 6.5 years in September 2025.

Mash Bill: 51% CORN, 45% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

56% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey features confectionary aromas of cherry danish and orange curd. Once sipped, red fruit flavors of fresh raspberries and currants come to the fore giving way to darker fruit notes of roasted cherries and blueberry pie. The finish is long with hints of toffee, toasted marshmallow and roasted cashews.
