20-Year Canadian Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: CA-20

This Single Barrel Selection comes from a small lot of Canadian whiskey barrels, all distilled in Alberta, Canada in 2005. The mash bill is predominantly corn and the proof is well into hazmat level. This whiskey was bottled in December 2025.

Mash Bill: 97% corn, 2.5% rye and 0.5% barley

79.9% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of cinnamon and honey. Once sipped, the brightness continues with flavors of fresh grapefruit zest and vanilla wafers before revealing sweeter notes of vanilla and orange. The finish is long and bold with hints of maraschino cherry, butterscotch and toasted almonds.
