The blend was composed of 17 barrels, aged for over 20 years in original oak, then transferred into Armagnac and Tawny Port finishing casks. The whiskey finished for approximately 6 months and then was blended and bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of fresh strawberries and cotton candy. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of butterscotch and vanilla bean are present before revealing fruity notes of currants and dried cranberries. The finish is long and layered with hints raspberry jam, raisins and cocoa powder.
