This rye is a blend of two rye lots -- one aged for 8 years and the other for 10 years. Both have a mash bill of 95% rye, 5% malted barley. The whiskey was finished in rum barrels for over a year. 

For this release, we wanted to find rum barrels that would complement the bold, spicy character of our rye with a sweeter, softer tone. The result is a bold yet approachable whiskey that is full of flavor with plenty of cinnamon spice and just the perfect amount of rum influence.
