Straight Bourbon Whiskey Cigar Blend Finish: Limited Small Batch WS-4

Limited Small Batch WS-4 is a marriage of 7-year Bourbon barrels that were all distilled at MGP Indiana and aged in Kentucky. The batch contains mostly low-rye mash bill (75c, 21r, 4b) Bourbon with a small amount of high-rye (60c, 36r, 4b). The Bourbon was finished in a combination of Armagnac, Oloroso Sherry, Cognac and Tawny Port.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey expresses the richness of sherry with aromas of raisins, figs and toasted almonds. Once sipped, flavors of fresh orange zest and raw honey come to the surface before revealing fruitier notes of cherry and mulled wine. The finish is long and layered with hints of rock candy, tobacco and spiced fruitcake.
