MF-729 Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection

This single barrel Bourbon was distilled at MGP Indiana in May 2017, aged for over 6 years in Florida, then was bottled in February 2024 at Copper & Cask HQ. The barrel produced approximately 160 bottles.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
64.2% ABV | CASK STRENGTH

Tasting Notes:
The whiskey takes on a deep color and rich profile from the tropical aging, with aromas of peanut brittle and kettle corn. Upon sipping, fruit flavors of berry come to the surface, along with spicier notes of fruitcake and crystallized ginger, and finishing with hints of espresso and chocolate cake.
