Straight Bourbon Whiskey: Limited Small Batch SP-001

Limited Small Batch SP-001 is marriage of 10 Bourbon barrels, all distilled at MGP Indiana and aged for 8 years in Kentucky. The whiskey is mostly 21% rye mash bill, with a small amount of 36% high rye mash bill blended in.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is delicate with aromas of honey and jasmine.  Once sipped, rich flavors of milk chocolate and praline appear before receding to fruitier flavors of orange zest and brandied cherries. The finish is long with hints of fresh ginger, baked apple and brown sugar.
