6-Year Texas-Aged Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MT-1370

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in August 2019, but was primarily aged in Texas. The barrel was brought to Copper & Cask to finish maturation. The whiskey was bottled in May 2026 at 6 years, 9 months.

Mash Bill:75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

58.9% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey features rich aromas of butterscotch and vanilla bean.  Once sipped, sweeter flavors of brown sugar and glazed dougnut emerge before reveal fruit notes of cherry pie filling and blueberry jam. The finish is long and layered with hints of raw honey, baked apple and pipe tobacco.
