8-Year High-Rye Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MK-671

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2016, but was aged primarily in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging before being bottled at just shy of 9 years in September 2025.

Mash Bill:60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

61.9% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey displays spicy aromas of coffee cake and gingerbread. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of maple syrup and brown sugar appear before revealing notes of chocolate cake and vanilla buttercream. The finish is long with hints of molasses, chocolate syrup and pipe tobacco.
