9-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MK-1511

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2016 and was primarily aged in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island, and was then bottled in February 2026 at just over 9 years. 

Mash Bill:75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

58.5% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of butterscotch and vanilla pudding. Once sipped, the flavors of creme caramel and raw honey come to the fore, giving way to spicier notes of baked apple and cinnamon candies. The finish is long with hints dark chocolate, molasses and chai tea.
