Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MK-1490

This Single Barrel Selection is an 8-year High-Rye Bourbon that was distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2016. The barrel spent most of its maturation years in Kentucky, before being bottled at C&C HQ in April 2025 at cask strength, non-chill filtered. 

Mash Bill: 60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY 56.5% ABV

Spice dominates the nose on this whiskey with aromas of cinnamon candies and clove, with a hint of orange. Once sipped, spice continues with flavors chai tea before settling into fruitier notes of cherry cola and fig jam. The finish is long with notes of cinnamon bun, molasses and pipe tobacco.
