8-Year Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MK-1304

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2016 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ where it continued to mature, before being bottled at just shy of 9 years in September 2025.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

61% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is bold with aromas of fresh roasted coffee and marzipan. Once sipped, lively flavors of fresh orange peel and cherries are present before revealing richer notes of vanilla syrup and butterscotch. The finish is long and layered with hints of cake icing, brown sugar and ginger candies.
