7-Year Wheated Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MI-1657

This single barrel selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2016, and was primarily aged in Kentucky. The barrel was brought to Copper & Cask to finish maturation. The whiskey was bottled in May 2026 at approximately 9.5 years. This was a short fill barrel at hazmat proof.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
70% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is bold with aromas of fresh roasted peanuts and burnt sugar. Once sipped, robust flavors of dark roast coffee and vanilla bean persist before revealing sweeter notes of mocha and cherry cola. This finish is long with hints of maraschino cherry, cocoa powder and leather.
