7-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MK-1160

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in December 2017 and was primarily aged in Kentucky. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island. The whiskey was bottled in November 2025 at just shy of 8 years.

Mash Bill: 51% CORN, 45% WHEAT, 4% MALTED BARLEY

59.3% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of baked apple and fresh grapefruit zest.  Once sipped, sweeter notes of burnt sugar and maple syrup are apparent before revealing more robust notes of roasted peanuts and toasted marshmallow.  The finish is long and big with hints of dark chocolate, German chocolate cake and toasted coconut.
