Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MK-1093

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in October 2017, and then was aged in Kentucky. The whiskey was then brought to Copper & Cask HQ where it finished maturation and was bottled at 7 years. Like all Copper & Cask whiskeys, this bottling is barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
57% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey displays sweeter aromas of pastry cream and candied orange peel. Once sipped, lively citrus flavors of lemon zest and lime curd emerge before receding to notes of raw honey and fresh ginger. The finish is long and features hints of maple syrup, cherry jam and light roast coffee.
