8-Year High-Rye Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MK-1044

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in November 2016 and was primarily matured in Kentucky. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ where it continued to mature, before being bottled at just shy of 9 years in September 2025.

Mash Bill: 60% CORN, 36% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

53% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of maple syrup and coffee cake. Once sipped, flavors of salted caramel and vanilla cola arise, before giving way to notes of mocha and coffee syrup. The finish is long with hints of toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate and pipe tobacco.
