Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MI-909

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017, where it matured for approximately 7 years in its original charred oak barrel. The whiskey was moved to Copper & Cask HQ for additional aging, and was bottled at approximately 8.5yrs.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
60.9% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey displays sweeter aromas of honey and maple syrup. Once sipped, that sweeter thread continues with flavors of butterscotch and lemon drizzle before revealing fruity notes of raspberry and fresh orange slices. The finish is long with hints of chai tea, molasses and espresso.
