8-Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MI-898

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017, where it then matured for over 7 years. The whiskey was brought up to Copper & Cask HQ to finish aging, before being bottled at 8 years.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

58.1% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey has aromas of orange blossom and fresh raspberries.  Once sipped, lively flavors of lemon drizzle and cranberry are present before revealing sweeter notes of rock candy and strawberries. The finish is long with hints of raw honey, cloves and blueberry jam.
