Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel Selection: MI-891

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled at MGP Indiana in January 2017. The whiskey was bottled at 7 years, 9 months. Like all Copper & Cask whiskeys, this bottling is barrel proof, non-chill filtered.

Mash Bill: 75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY
58.8% ABV

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of vanilla and dried figs. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of caramel and honey syrup are apparent before revealing lively citrus notes of lemon zest and candied orange.  The finish is long and sweet with hints of glazed doughnut and crystallized honey.
