9-Year Straight Bourbon Single Barrel Selection: MI-849

This Single Barrel Selection was distilled (and primarily aged) at MGP Indiana in January 2017. The barrel was brought up to Copper & Cask to finish maturation in Rhode Island, and was then bottled in February 2026 at just over 9 years. 

Mash Bill:75% CORN, 21% RYE, 4% MALTED BARLEY

62.3% ABV

On the nose, this whiskey is lively with notes of cherry and marshmallow fluff. Once sipped, the flavors of brown sugar and salted caramel appear before giving way to more robust notes of espresso and chocolate covered cherries.  The finish is long with hints of cherry cola, cocoa powder and pralines.
